加壓入料泵使用注意

加壓入料泵禁止盲目開(kāi)大出口閥門(mén)，以免造成燒壞電機(jī)。需啊喲調(diào)整排料量時(shí)，壓濾機(jī)加壓入料泵，切記應(yīng)調(diào)整出口閥門(mén)，調(diào)整進(jìn)料閥門(mén)易造成泵汽蝕，損害極大。如果泵的進(jìn)料頁(yè)面過(guò)高（超過(guò)20m）或進(jìn)料壓力過(guò)大而造成盤(pán)根漏料時(shí)要適當(dāng)押金盤(pán)根，達(dá)到不漏料為宜，不可壓的過(guò)緊。

It is forbidden to blindly open large outlet valves in order to oid burning out the motor. When you need to adjust the discharge volume， remember to adjust the outlet valve. Adjusting the feed valve can easily cause pump citation， causing great damage. If the feed page of the pump is too high (more than 20m) or the feed pressure is too high to cause the leakage of the packing roots， the appropriate depsit for the packing roots should be made， so as not to leak， not to press too tight.

In order to oid leakage during shutdown， a little packing can be properly pressed before shutdown. Close the inlet valve and stop the pump immediately so as not to cause the back pressure of the pump to cause damage to the reverse generating equipment and leakage of the packing roots.
